Volume Rocker Uneven?

I'm debating on whether or not to exchange my N7 for a different one because it seems when pressing the volume rocker down to lower the volume, it barely moves at all and almost sticks. Pressing the volume up, however, gives that nice, firm clicking sound. Lowering the volume still works, but I don't like the fact that it's more difficult to comfortably lower the volume.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm kind of nervous to return it considering everything else is working fine and I don't have the dreaded screen lift issue many others do. Last thing I want is to get a new one with a more serious problem.
