In the Chrome browser, tap the star symbol that appears on the right side of the address bar (there is no need to press the menu button). Once you tap the star symbol, a window pops up that allows you to edit the bookmark name and specify the folder where the bookmark will reside.
To access your list of bookmarks, you have two choices of which I am aware:
1. Tap the menu button, then choose the Bookmarks option. The current tab will then display the Bookmarks page.
2. Open a new tab by either tapping the partial tab just to the right of the existing tabs, or choosing New Tab from the menu drop down box.
In each case, at the bottom of the page you'll need to choose the "Bookmarks" option if it's not yet chosen. The other two options are "Most Visited" and "Other Devices". At the top of the bookmarks page is a navigation area that lets you move up a level in your folder hierarchy.
A third option is to place the Bookmarks widget on a home page. This gives you quick access to your bookmarks when you don't have Chrome open.
Remember that when using Chrome, all of your bookmarks are synced across devices, so that those you set up on you desktop computer will also show up on your tablet, and vice versa.
