Pull down from the top on the right-hand half of the display. Notifications are now on the left, settings on the right.

I'm still on 4.1.2 as I don't see a justifiable reason yet to move forward. So, just to understand correctly, in 4.2 "Settings" is no longer listed in the App drawer or available as a shortcut to put in the dock? Is the only way to access it now is via the drop down notification? I can see adding it there, but please tell me it wasn't removed from the App drawer and shortcuts? If so, ugh, that sucks and is another notch in my mind to stay on 4.1.2.

I still have settings in my launcher, and it's in the app drawer as well. It's just more convenient to get to it via the new pulldown. But whatever floats your boat.
