Customizing pulldown menu of quick settings

Is it possible to customize the pulldown menu (swipe down on the right end of the notification bar) for quick settings?
(eg rearrange the small squires; add/remove/change the settings)

I would recommend an app like Power Toggles, which let's you add a variety of controls to the home screens as widgets, and to the standard notification drop down screen. Here's an example of how I have mine set up.

Thats cool. An hour after I posted that I installed CM 10.1, for a number of other features as well. I was already rooted.
Plus the notification of "4.2.2 is ready to be installed" was not going away
