I upgraded to Outlook 2013 and unfortunately my hosting company could not support it. I switched to MS365.
I am using my own domain name (example.com). When I enter my information, I get errors (cannot connect). I have tried using the email icon and I have gone thru the Settings as well.
I found one site that said I needed to sign into OWA first. I did that also, but that did not work.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and successfully connected? If so, can you please share how you did it?
