Ultraviolet help

Hey guys I'm trying to put some movies on my Nexus 7 but having some problems. I have it linked to flixster so I can stream the movie from their site but when I downloaded the movie on my tablet it won't let me play it. It's in an mp4 format and I'm going to Google play movie section and my personal movies and it's not working it just says can't play this video. Any ideas on how to make it work?

If you've linked your UV account with your Flixster account, your movie should appear in Flixster. It can either be streamed or downloaded, but has to be played within Flixster. It will not play from Google Play Movies.

My suggestion is don't use flixster. It's a poor service. But you can link your Ultra-Violet account to Vudu. There is a vudu app for your android tablet that allows you to download your movies for offline use. The vudu service is much more streamlined than Flixster.
