I just think not having to use iTunes is the greatest thing ever. On my PC, it continues to be a big bloated slow-to-start behemoth that more often than not crashes when trying to update.

Sorry my friend, but did you really expect that some people wouldn't respond the way they did? You said you "can't find anything" to do with your N7 that you can't already do with your jailbroken iPad. The way it's worded already sounds confrontational.

One thing I'd note is that in order to do things the unrooted N7 can do, you had to jailbreak your iPad--like widgets, for example.

I see your point but let's say you go to an apple forum people have both products and are very supportive, you come to a place like this and mention apple you're an ass and should be banished. But what I'm looking for is not necessarily cosmetic things the nexus can do but functional techy, awesome, things it can do

try amazon, buy.com, walmart.com, mp3mixx.com, your local mom & pop store, direct from the artists & several thousand others....
