I added a new bookmark today and when I went to pull it up in my bookmarks page it and all my other bookmarks are gone. However, the bookmarks on my desktop are still present.
Rebooting did not solve the problem. Then I went to the blank page in chrome--the page that is black and in upper left corner says " +New tab.". I then went to the three small squares in the upper right pull down menu and tapped "New Tab" and my bookmarks appeared for about a second.
When I'm on a chrome page that is not blank (for example on line) and use the upper right hand three squares that has the option of "bookmarks" tapping it provides a white page that says "New Tab" and a place to type URL and has at the bottom "Most Visited:, Bookmarks, "Other Devices"
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
