Flashplayer on 4.3?

I have yet to get the update to 4.3, has anyone tried sideloading flashplayer yet to see if it still works in 4.3?

Works for me using Puffin & Dolphin browsers but Boat browser seems to have troubles with it under 4.3 (stock "original" N7 running 4.3).

Actually I haven't had any issues with using flashplayer since updating to 4.3 on Monday after starting this thread. I'm using the same arrangement I was in 4.2.2:
Flashplayer 11.1.115.63 (Android ICS version)
Firefox version 22.0 from the play store

The same method outlined in the sticky at the top of the forum.

I haven't tried loads of websites for compatibility, but it passed a few tests initially.

Yeah, my Firefox and (manual install) Flash Player are there without issue after the 4.3 update. All's good to go.

I mostly use it to watch TV network sites that don't have their own (Android) app.

Exactly what I do. Using Firefox and flash is working 100%.
