Will Factory Reset remove 4.3?

I want to sell my Gen1 N7, which just got 4.3 this week. I have modded/rooted it so I thought I would just do the factory reset before selling. Will it revert back to the prior verion of Jellybean? Was hoping to list the item as having 4.3 installed. Thx.

No, it will keep 4.3. I did a reset before I sold my 1st gen nexus 7, and it held onto 4.3.

A normal Factory Reset does not ever remove a Update. The exception is if you are rooted and try to remove on purpose.

If you want to go back to 4.2.2 or 4.1.2 you will have to use adb to install a factory image.
