nexus 7 2012 32gb vs dell venue 8 32gb

Hi ! ALL
I already own a nexus 7 2013 and I know how great is nexus 7.
My younger brother's birthday is on 20 October and I want to gift him a tablet, he need that only for e-book reading and little bit browsing and gaming. Budget is pretty tight,so all what I hv in my budget are dell venue 8 (android) and nexus 7 2012 . Which one is better to buy?
Or is nexus 7 2012 still good to buy?

Welcome to Android Central! What's your budget? The 2012 Nexus 7 is pretty old now, and isn't going to be as zippy as more current tablets. The Venue 8 is pretty good, from what I've read.

Sorry man i'm from india ,memopad is currently out of stock on all major e-retailers here.
Budget is approximately $200

Is the LG G Pad 8.3 available there? That's another good one, and in the US, it goes for about $200 these days.

Nope 😞
All i see is asus fonepad 7 ,galaxy tab 4
And ipad mini , nexus 7 2013 ( +$40-50)
I think it's better to go for N7 2nd gen by adding some money 😉
