Which one should I get the 2013 Dell Venue 7 vs 2012 Nexus 7?

2013 Dell venue 7 vs 2012 nexus 7

I just want an answer in terms of performance. The venue here is a 1 gig model. I don't know why. I just wan't to pick between these two from a performance point of view and please don't give me other recommendations. Thanks

I think I responded to your other post as well, but I'll say again that the 2012 Nexus 7 is getting pretty long in the tooth, and the Lollipop update seems to have made it slow down a bit for me. I don't have any direct experience with the Venue 7, but it's probably safe to say that it won't be getting Lollipop, so whatever Lollipop did to the N7 won't happen to the Venue. My suggestion would be the Venue.

I have Dell Venue 7, seemed like a great deal after my Nexus 7 broke
Have to reboot way too often, almost always after using chrome. Have a look at dell's mobile devices forum; many unhappy people. You'd think Dell wouldn't tarnish its brand with releasing such bad tablets.
