Using tasker to launch / close an app based upon WiFi connection

I'm using a Nexus 7 with a bluetooth FM transmitter as a car infotainment system.
When the car is put in reverse, it activates a WiFi access point (WIFIAVIN) to send video of the back of the car. Currently, I have to manually switch to the app (WiFi Avin) in order to see the video. I'm using WiFi prioritizer to connect to WIFIAVIN when it is available. How can I use Tasker to:

A) Automatically connect to the WIFIAVIN access point if it is available.
B) Launch the WiFi Avin app when the connection to WIFIAVIN is active.
C) Close the WiFi Avin app when WIFIAVIN access point is no longer available
D) Connect to the vehicle's access point (CARACCESS) when WIFIAVIN is no longer available
E) Return to the previous app when WiFi Avin app is closed.

Thanks!
