What's the difference between a Nexus 7 (2012) and Nexus 7 (2013)?
I have a game that runs on the 2013 but not on the 2012. Any ideas why that would be?

I think 2012 is wifi only. 2013 has cellular capabilities. Don't know why the 2012 doesn't run the game though.
But I do know that I want a 2016 Nexus 7!
C'mon Google. Get busy on it.

2013 has twice the ram and faster processor - - could be the reason.

The Nexus 7 2012 model also had a GSM model. I have the 32GB 7 that was ordered with a T-Mobile sim.

I haven't use it on any network for a few years because it just sucked all the battery life out of it. I could barely get 1-2 hrs usage out of it with a sim card in it. With data turned off, I get 3-4 hrs usage on a 24hr standby.
