Coming over from IOS, where PDFs that I downloaded could go to iBook. Is there an app similar so that I can view all the PDFs at once, and then be able to pick and choose which one I need to view?

Adobe PDF reader will search for and list files on your device. File managers like Astro or ES file explorer are more general apps to organize downloaded files.

I use ES File Explorer and have found that it stores all my PDFs in the same download place that it puts most other downloaded files. To make specific PDFs easier to find, I simply created a few folders inside the download area and moved the relevant PDFs to these folders.

    Just use adobe cloud service.

I have tons of PDFs on there I download from various devices. The best thing about adobe cloud service is the PDFs will still load when offline if you loaded them previously on your device.
