You need KitKat.

Just found out that when the N7 is in landscape mode, screen is all wonky. Guess we'll wait for another fix.

I didn't have any problem loading it on both my Nexus 7 and HTC One. Seems to be working flawlessly.

Weird I do have transparent. Notification on mine.

Edit: I have KitKat so that is why it is transparent.

Agreed, the persistent search bar overlays on top of the top most widgets. Oh well, small sacrifice I can make temporarily.
