Flash videos on a website hosted outside US does not work using puffin browser :(

Just read the release notes for puffin browser and this is due to cloud servers fit puffin are hosted in US only. And in many cases the videos are restricted for specific regions only.

With this, no choice but to wait if some one revolves issue. :(

Ask your website to switch to html5. Not Googles fault like mentioned adobe has stopped supporting mobile flash. As the late great Steve Jobs said flash is dead. Guess he was right.

Since flash is now dead on the n7, i'll be using my lg g pad jb 4.22. And my samsung tab 3 jb 4.22 for flash sites. 4.22 is great as is 4.33. Kit kat is absolute garbage. It offers nothing but negatives. I'm sorry i fell for it on my nexus.

This is the biggest mistake, took away one of my favorite features. Can we go back to Jellybean? Flash is a must

Yeah, I'm not putting 4.4 on my 2012 N7 for this reason. Flash and adblock plus with Firefox make the old N7 better for browsing with video, but the new N7 is better for text and static graphics.
I'm also not updating the Maps/Nav combo apps on the old N7, because the updated one on the new N7 is useless without a connection.

I'm glad I read the forums before the update came out for the old N7, because there's no going back once it's done. I updated the new one to see if it would fix the input delay in games like Granny Smith - It didn't!

Agree, flash is broken on the N7 (2012) with KitKat. Without thinking I accepted an over the air update from Google and critical sites that I use for financial program steaming video just broke. All of these sites worked really well with Firefox (not beta) and UC Browser on 4.3 Jelly Bean. I had to download some software on my PC and reinstall 4.3 to get things back to normal. Puffin was really too blurry to be useful. I see that Google has re-downloaded KitKat and I am worried that it will install without my permission if I power-down/power-up my Nexus. Is there a way to delete this auto download? I need to wait until flash goes away for good before I go to KitKat.

As far as I know it won't install by itself, you'll need to tap to install it. I gave information in the first post in my thread here on how to shutoff the notification, though keep in mind it will turn off notifications of App updates so you'll need to go into the Play Store and click My Apps to see updates available: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...ation-last-night-disabled-quick-question.html

Flash working on KitKat 4.4 in Dolphin now! MacDaddy props to the xda member who made this happen. :D

Some of us now can stop our complaining.........for the time being.

I can now check out KitKat on my N7 2013. WOW it is smooth and makes my tablet work so much better, touch response is perfect so far.

I just have to get adjusted to using Dolphin.....the bookmarks are giving me minor fits so far. I have been using xScope Pro up till now and really enjoy the way the bookmarks are listed in full icon selections as the home page. If anyone can give me some clues if this is possible with Dolphin I would be super happy.
