No. But, unfortunately I did receive the kitkat 4.4 update. One of these days I shall learn to pass instead of upgrading to bugs.

You can find people saying this about every version of Jellybean.

For me, the 4.4 made my N7 2013 run much better. I have not rooted or unlocked the boot loader, and using stock launcher.

Just got the update today for my Nexus 2013 wi fi only. But it was not 4.4.1 it was 4.4.2. The build number is KOT49H

So far have noticed the touch screen is more responsive like it was BEFORE the 4.4 update.

Just got 4.4.2 today. Got the update much faster than the original KitKat update, which took about two weeks.

Got 4.4.2 a 1/2 hour ago. It does seem to help the touch screen response. But just like 4.4 I'll have to use it awhile to see differences. I also had added the google home launcher which I like but can't use my Nova or apex betas without losing the always on google now. Nexus 7 2013 Wi-Fi. WA - ID border.

Maybe it's just me but the sound on keypress for the Google keyboard sounds quieter.

Sounds quieter to me as well. Don't like it. I prefer the "candy break" sounds in KitKat haha

    Update:

Go into advanced settings of stock keyboard. Default volume is at 30, set it to whatever you like. Mines at 100 now haha. With new update you can change the color scheme back to blue instead of white.
