Bluetooth paired ok but says Transfer cancelled by user

I paired win 7 computer ok but when I try to send a file it starts the picture transfer from my computer then Nexus 7 says "transfer cancelled by user" which I didn't, and stops. Any ideas?

BT is a very slow transfer protocol and it may have timed out. I would suggest a direct connection to your PC's USB port or use a cloud service such as DropBox or Google Drive for transfers.
