Nexus 7 & Norton security

Appears to be 'corrupt' keyboard problem, when trying to type in Norton 25 digit security code, although keyboard looks normal, some letters, numbers and characters do not type. Also letters only appear in upper case, even when keyboard is showing lower case. Keyboard performs ok at other times eg e-mail, internet seardch etc.
Any ideas ? Already got virus perhaps ?

you might have those touchscreen problems that a lot of nexus 7's have, i doubt you have a virus. Also, the whole "virus" thing i've heard is BS. The only real way for you to get a "virus" on a tablet is if you sideload stuff. Just don't download anything thats not in the play store and you should be completely fine.
