Is this a mouse thing that you will put on a mouse pad?

I don't even remember nexus 7 had cursor.

I want it to work as a mouse for web browsing. I know you can connect a regular bluetooth mouse, and a cursor will come up.

I already have a bluetooth keyboard for it, so this is all I'm missing. =)

Don't think that's possible. Especially since it's a completely different OS

I don't see what the OS has to do with it. I use my iPod Touch as a mouse for my Windows PC, when it's hooked up to my TV. (two vastly different OS's) I would think any app that can connect to another device via WEBdav or SAMBA, should be able to do the trick. I know the N7 can connect to my PC that way, but the question is, can it receive?
