Default Can I save Ultra Violet movies to thumb drive?

I am going over seas and want to down load Ultra Violet movies to be watched on my N7. But I don't want to fill up the memory with too many movies. Can I save them to a thumb drive and then use a usg2go cable?

If the device supports otg then yes. Otherwise, you may need to be rooted in order to connect a USB device via otg.

How would I go about doing this? How do I signify where I want the UV to save to?

When you download the file it will be saved automatically to the download folder of the sd card. I don't think there is a way you can have it automatically save to the connected USB. You'll need to move the file to the USB once it's downloaded - same goes with downloads on the PC.
