    Default resetting rooted nexus 7 (2013)

    I want to reset my rooted nexus 7 running rom 4.4.3 and TWRP recovery in order to sell. I just want to clear data and passwords. do I need to do a hard reset and upload a new stock rom or factory reset from recovery. thanks

    This tool is all you need. It will find and download the stock images for you. Then step by step will guide you through the whole process.

    Download the factory image from Google (Android 4.4.2 KOT49H) , unzip, for Windows run flash-all.bat OR for Linux flash-all.sh in the root dir. I did mine in Linux, takes only 2 minutes.
