How can I stop tablet from reading google search results to me?

Sometimes my nexus 7 2013 will read my google search results back to me out loud. Is there any way to turn this off? I have already turned off google talk back. I believe it only happens when I use voice to text to enter what I am searching for.

Yes, go to google search, select settings (3 dots), select voice, select speech output.

I did that but it still read the results.

No, this is when I am using the chrome browser and use the voice to text to search via the address bar. It doesn't always read back the search results though. I've noticed it seems to usually do it when wikipedia is the first result though.
