new problem: pictures in download folder disappeared!

i think that there is something wrong with this tablet. i just got it back, they replaced the motherboard.

a new problem today.

i used some gif app to make a gif. after the first trial, then somehow some of the pictures in the download folder are not accessible any more.

i tried to use google gallery to view those pics, i can only see the thumbnails, but they are all gray when i try to open them. so i restarted the tablet.

before this replacement, some of the pics became all gray, but once i rebooted it, those pics are usually visible again.

but today is a first for me. after the reboot, those pics simply disappeared completely! i just downloaded them from my gmail yesterday. but now they are gone forever?

Have you tried using a file manager to look for the pictures that you downloaded?

Perhaps you'd have better luck with an iOS device?
