Lollipop OTA Manual Update

I just followed the steps to do an OTA manual update to Lollipop without a problem, but now my UNROOTED Nexus 7 (2013) won't boot past the dancing colors.

What do I do now? Please help!

OTA and manual are opposites. OTA is over the air, manual is doing it with a file you downloaded from a site.

Assuming you did a manual update, restart into recovery, wipe the cache and wipe the data. If that doesn't allow it to boot normally (it may take up to 10 minutes to boot the first time), do the update again.
