How do I take Lollipop of my Google Nexus Tablet 2012?

google nexus tablet 2012...lollipop is terrible

I upgraded to lollipop and ever since all my apps freeze, suddenly close out (Like Facebook) and the general function changes I do not like...even swiping to unlock and the recent apps format...hate it. My tablet keeps freezing, not responding, acting as if it's windows with a virus!! I hope my tablet is not ruined.
How do I undo it?

In my experience a phone or tablet is good for ONE major update, ad then its time to buy a new one if you go for a second. I think iOS, Google, and the specific manufacturers release a newer version trying to compel us consumers to buy a newer version of the hardware... But, that's my opinion.

Welcome to Android Central! I found that right after my 2012 N7 updated to Lollipop, it was pretty sluggish and laggy. But after opening a bunch of apps to test them out, and going through various menus in the Settings, it seemed to "wake up" more--almost like it had to get everything started first.

You could try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html.

You could also flash the factory image, but this will wipe the tablet clean: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...1477-guide-nexus-7-factory-image-restore.html
