I wonder) Has anyone already got an OTA update to 5.0.2? Google released a factory image on its website recently so we can do it manually, but I personally don't want to, and waiting for the OTA)... If anyone got it, you can share here;) p.s. already got mine and updated;)

I have only seen the factory image, no ota links as of yet. That would mean that the update has not been pushed to devices ota, but I could be wrong.

I've been checking, but no update here. I have 5.0.1, and it works very well. I haven't had any problems with it, so it'll be interesting to see what 5.0.2 improves it. From what I've seen in the forums many 2013 owners never got the Lollypop update since it was pulled and some still don't have it. It was never released to 2012 owners, so they're actually getting it now. Several of my friends now have 5.0.2 now on their 2012 models. I'm interested to know what's holding the update to the 2013 models. Has anyone heard the reason?

Update: Got it two days after posting this. Quick, easy download. No problems. Battery life, even when often using very weak signal at work, is excellent.

The OTA did not take as long to download and optimize as the last OTA did. It was pretty quick and easy. I was not expecting the OTA. I just opened my Nexus 7 and there it was.

My step daughter just got the update today. I bought her the tablet for Christmas and it has been on 4.4.4 until today.

Just got it here in the USA on two of my 3 Nexus 7 (2013).
One already had 5.0.1, and was upgraded to 5.0.2, and the other was still on 4.4.4, and went directly to 5.0.2. Both are 32Gb.
The third is a 16Gb, and is still on 4.4.4, and has not been offered an upgrade.

What's the difference between 16gb and 32gb? ... I don't get it... Why it's not getting the update? I think there's no difference except GB)))

The difference has nothing to do with the memory capacity (as I understand it).
Google has somewhat of a random distribution process known only to them. I believe it has more to do with serial numbers, or device id's, than anything else.
