Which companies selling the Nexus 7
meet all of the following 3 conditions?

(1) does not collect sales tax at time of purchase
(2) offers free shipping
(3) has 16GB Nexus 7 in stock

since gamestop is a retaill brick & mortar store, won't they have to collect sales tax?
(even if you "break" into the store, it doesn't relieve you of your local sales tax liability)

For example, even drug dealers and prostitutes are legally required to pay taxes,
even on illegal income.
