Only one thing missing.... Anybody know how to make that white line above the dock a different color without using only the stock launcher?

I haven't seen a launcher that has the option to change the dock divider color yet.

Apex lets you set a dock background so it's not as simple as just changing the color of the line but you can change the line in that way.

Btw Nova launcher let's you remove the line, if that's what you are looking for.

Unless you use a custom launcher, you will not be able to remove that line. I recommend trying Nova launcher, and then if you like it, buy Nova Prime. It allows you to do that and more, while still looking (relatively) like stock Jelly Bean.
