What are you spending your $25 Google Play money on?
So I have $25 to spend on Google Play just like everyone else, but I haven't had an Android Tablet since shortly after the Galaxy Tab 10.1 came out. So I don't know what to buy.
If you have spent some of your $25 already, what was the first thing you bought? I really want to know what you guys are going to spend your $25 on. Books? Magazines? Apps? Music? I am so hesitant, I want ideas! - 07-18-2012, 03:05 PM #2

I just purchased the David Baldacci book 'Zero Day'. Never purchased an ebook before so this is a new experiment for me. I will probably purchase the pro version of the paperland live wallpaper - it just seems so cool (have the free version loaded). Other than that, probably some office type apps!.

Paperland looks so pretty on the Nexus 7. It is though, the only live wallpaper that I have found that actually slows the device down a bit.

I am thinking about buying HD Widgets just because the icon and preview logos look so damn cool. I really want a great 3D game to show off, anyone remember some of the games they demod at Google I/O? Maybe I will get one of those.

I've been with android since the OG Droid and I've had many android tablets so I've pretty much already bought every game/app worth buying. Ill probably buy season 2 of Walking Dead since its not on netflix yet and I still haven't seen it.

Re: What are you spending your $25 Google Play money on?
So far only a couple 'good' purchases. I bought the 2 Hunger Games books(the third isn't in the store). I purchased Riptide GP also, that was a good purchase.
The rest were wastes of my money. I had Dead Trigger already, and I tried to purchase 40k cash ($0.99) but the in-store purchase crashed and it took my money and never gave me the cash. So BS. Then I wanted to watch Marvel's The Avengers, and keep in mind I've been drugged up because of pneumonia for a while. I searched for it and found a movie, so I bought it ($2.99), and I went to watch it and noticed it was some random 1998 movie.. Thankfully I read Google's refund policy and if I hadn't activated/started watching it they'd refund me, so I'm waiting on that(been waiting, days).
I then bought "Demolition Inc. HD", to find out that I needed to buy "Demolition Inc. THD". So messed up. Unfortunately I didn't catch that until after the 15 minutes(of course -_-). I emailed them asking for a refund. Haven't even installed it. That was $1.99.
So $4.97 of my credit was botched so far. -_-
Plus I doubt I'll see the $0.99 that the in-app purchase stole from me. -_- - 07-21-2012, 07:00 PM #24
