MacMall B&M stores have this model in stock. The web page says they have around 100 per store as of Saturday 7/28 afternoon. Picked one up today at Santa Monica store at 4pm. Several on the shelf.

How is it in terms of quality & issues? Screen separation?

So far no problems or issues. No screen problems and no bad pixels. So far so good, knock wood.

I got my 16gb from MacMall the other day (shipped to me in Austin, TX). I was hoping I wouldn't have any issues, but I've got the screen separating issue.

I'm going to call them in the morning to see about returning it. What sucks is that I think you have to send the product back first, wait for them to get it and then they'll send you a new one. I hope that's not the case. I don't want to be without my N7 now that I finally have one.

I'm also noticing some pretty substantial flickering of the screen when I'm browsing online. I tried to ignore it at first, but it gets pretty irritating. Hopefully my replacement won't have any issues.

They have it in stock at retail stores, yet they haven't shipped it to my house. It's been a week.

After ordering on the evening of August 5th, they finally shipped it and now I'm waiting for it.
