Default Do I have a hardware problem? See my video comparing my two n7's

I've posted about my problem before - my first N7 is slow as snot... I'm getting a lot of "app is not responding" prompts...

So I made a video comparing it to the new N7 we got over the weekend:

Both are 16gb models. The older (problematic) one is rooted and the newer one isn't. Both are running the stock rom...

    Any thoughts, feedback or ideas?

    Thanks!

Factory reset the one on the left.

Yeah, that would totally work. Look at all the apps you have in your home screen as well, I'm sure that's not the problem though.

99% of the problems I have encountered in my time with android are related to bad apps, task killers, and excessive widgets. So I highly endorse the backup and factory reset. Then re-install your apps one at a time to find the bad one(s).

Also, did you do anything after unlocking it? I ask because with root, users can do all sorts of stuff trying to speed up their system (ironically slowing it down) i.e. fiddling with the task manager or flashing unstable kernels.
