Anyone know of a site that has free hd wallpapers, or is there any application that I can use to resize one of my own?

I just use Google images. A picture doesn't need to be resized to work. As long as its bigger the the screens resolution it will be fine.

I pretty use wallpapers made for 1920x1080 and larger monitors. I get a much larger choice and Android will crop it to the correct resolution for you anyway. And yea, I use Google Images to find those wallpapers.
i pretty much search in google image but there are tons of apps too

There's a app in the Google Play Store called Cool Wallpapers HD. It has thousands of wallpapers. I use it every week.:D

So far I've never found a wallpaper app I've liked. But gave this a try. All the wallpapers are 1024x768 resolution, which is disappointing for an app that calls itself "HD". Most of the wallpaper looked to pixelated for me to use on an HD tablet.Quote:

Where did you find some? Please share.
Wallpapers to your hearts content. I get all of mine from there, even for the laptop and pc. Sometimes I go there just to look at artwork, photography and creativity in general.

I enjoy interfacelift.com
They awesome wallpapers at every resolution you could desire
The Beautiful Pixels site is Apple-centric, but from time to time lists some stunning wallpapers. A 2048x2048 image will scale or crop fine for our 1600x1280 home screen canvas.
I'm a huge fan of QuickPic for Gallery replacement, and also does basic image editing.
Wallbase!

Wallbase or Patterns are great apps for finding interesting wallpapers. There are even apps that have stock wallpapers from a variety of HTC, Samsung or LG phones that work very well with the N7 or any other 7 inch tablet.
My sweetheart found this recently....

goodfon.com is good too. From scenery, to nature, abstract, people...
Or tabpimps.com has a tool once you log in that lets you crop any of their images or any images you upload...Still in the BETA version but iv found that the cropping is spot on for my nexus 7.:)
Seconding Interfacelift.com. Huge selection, really beautiful photography, and you can set it to show only the ones which have been set up with the right resolution. I set up a folder of wallpapers before my tablet even arrived, and a wallpaper changer was one of the first things I installed.
