Great since I fixed the Landscape mode with the "Screen Orientation Control" App that works great. I guess I should delete that App now so that app doesn't mess things up.

let the update come to you but if you want to force it

settings-->apps-->All Apps-->Google service framework [Clear data/Cache]
you will have to try it a few times.

Yes, you will, but, only will update to latest if you are running stock recovery.

Tired this 4 times including resetting and still nothing. I manu ally go in an check for update each time too... Nada.

if you have CWM recovery just flash it using that but if you dont then use adb to push CWM and then flash the update.

Note: you might loose root but root keeper app can protect your root.
you dont need to be rooted to push cwm and flash. I hope you know that process
