Delay in screen rotation

My Nexus 7 takes too long to rotate the screen. The transitions also stutter when I've just unlocked the screen. What can I do to fix these issues?

Sounds like you may need to do a reset

How do you do that, I have the same issue.

Settings -> Backup and Reset -> Factory Data Reset

It will wipe your phone so make darn sure you backup important files.

Don't reset unless you have to!!!
A little delay is normal after powering up, coming back after a while or having a high up-time.
