Nexus 7 doesnt like to charge and...

I bought my nexus 7 a little while ago from Gamestop, I never really had any problems until recently, I rarely turn it off, but I noticed that when I just so happen to, its difficult to get it to turn back on regardless of where the battery is (in terms of its charge)

and yesterday, it started giving me crap about charging. I would plug it in, nothing would happen, I eventually figured out a trick, I can pull the micro usb end of the wire out VERY slightly and it would charge, eventually that stopped working.

Now, it charges like nothing ever happened.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Is there a quick fix? Im gonna see about taking it back for an exchange, if I can take it back, is there like an app or something that will wipe personal data?

Go to settings and click back up and reset. You cab erase all data that way. Makes it to out of the box

Do a reset by going to Settings -> Backup & Reset -> Factory Data Reset. This will wipe out all information and apps, and return the N7 to the state it was in when you first took it out of the box.
