Linking game progress between devices

I'm relatively new to the whole android world (Nexus 7 since September....Galaxy S3 for only 2 weeks).

Is there a way to link my game progress between my phone and tablet? I've been playing Dead Trigger, Granny Smith, Beach Buggy Blitz, Major Mayhem, and a few others on my tablet. It would be awesome if somehow my progress in those games was saved to the cloud so I could continue when out and about and only have my phone on me. If these games can't be linked do you know of any that can be?

Take a look at . It can sync apps and settings across devices.

Dead Trigger also has a cloud backup feature baked in. Tap one of the buildings to access stats.

Quick tip for Dead Trigger: click on New Hope, then make an account. You can then go to backup, and it lets you sync across your devices, even your Apple ones.
