Without rooting, is there a way to run flash or HTML5 w/o actually having flash? I was trying to watch Amazon prime but wouldn't work...

You need flash to have flash. see: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...rum/189897-no-flash-got-you-down-try-fix.html

Just sideload flash, and install a browser that supports HD flash. Amazon prime videos work fine on xScope. Ridiculously simple, no rooting required. The only downside of no official flash support is that you can only use flash through the flash-compatible browser you download. If you have RSS feed or news apps, you can't watch videos straight from within the app, unless they're YT.

I guess the solution is to install this Firefox Aurora as that link points out? (Gotta be an easier way)

I thought that the Chrome browser ran on Html5 instead of flash?

flash worked fine until the 4.2 update. I've been using flash and Dolphin 8.5.1, both sideloaded. Now it causes three of the browsers I've tried, to FC. Hope there is another update to fix this.

I am using Boat for sites that require Flash and they still work after the upgrade. I side loaded Flash following the instructions on the Stcikey on this forum.
