I'm sure most of you already know about the bug with not being able to load into recovery with the Nexus 7. I even tried plugging it into PC and only got it to work once. So I was unable to manually flash update and was stuck waiting for OTA.

So this morning I got the OTA and it was installed. Gave it the OK to reboot and install. It restarted and left me at the "Tipped over Android with red exclamation mark". Same screen I see when it fails to reboot into recovery.
I have no idea why this is happening and need to know if there is a fix. I am stock, rooted, and unlocked.
(Also unable to pull the update again)

Any help would be great.
