It said it needed updating last night so updated it and I've just tried it this morning. Everything works apart from the menu at the bottom of my desktop thing. Not sure what its called sorry. The line with all the apps. I can't click on any of them! So can't get into any of my apps or anything. I've had to post this by going to my updates going to play store and opening my browser from there. I've rebooted it twice and still won't work! Please help . thanks.

Google should have a support number in the UK. Just do a Google search for it.
I just tried to call and was told half hour wait - bombarded with calls. I guess 855 must be toll free prefix?Quote:

So the dock is freezes or dead , try a reset. Go to recovery if you can't access the settings.
