    Question Speaker / CPU static noise when launching apps?

    Has anyone noticed a slight cracking sound, almost like a faint white noise, when launching apps? It does not appear to be affected by the volume level - which indicates to me that perhaps it is CPU noise? The speaker seems to be fine otherwise (not blown). Is this a defect, or to be expected?

    Crickets... It seems as though if I disable "touch sounds" it goes away for the most part.
