Help! I screwed up my nexus 7, no way to restore it?!?!?!

so i cant boot into my os. i screwed stuff up by trying to install tabletui (without being dedox'd, ughhh) and..pretty much i'm trying to run a nandroid i have on my computer, to my nexus 7. i dont have a nandroid on the nexus 7 because i screwed up today, big time.

now i cant get into the OS to run nexus 7 tookit to run the nandroid backup.. i can't seem to get it to run if i boot into recovery or fastboot.

help... did i just brick this thing forever?!?!?!?!?

if i just tell it to boot normally it hangs at the animation, but nexus 7 tookit says it is "pushing backup to folder" .. it's just taking an awful long time and i dont think it is working

Just follow the Factory Image Restore guide

Or do an adb push of the nandroid and use recovery to restore it or do a factory image restore and once it boots connect it to the computer and put the restore on there and then go to backup and restore and do a restore

You don't have the same problem actually he didn't erase his bootloader just messed up a file that is needed to run android
