Maybe help with low speaker volume

I have to state right off that I am hard of hearing so please take the following with that in mind.
We all know that the N7 leaves much to be desired for speaker output. Maybe just me but 4.2.1 made it worse.
So after trying a couple "sound boosters" with no luck I finally found DPS Manager.
It seems to have helped ever so slightly.
May want to give it a try if your having same issue.

From my device to yours

I'm a bit hard of hearing as well. I didn't think the N7 speakers could ever cut it so I went with BT headphones from monoprice. They work fairly well and I get plenty of volume out of them. Plus, it doesn't disturb others.
