Use Nexus 7 3G as wifi hotspot?

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a Nexus 7 3G as a wifi hotspot or teather another (non-3G) N7 to it via wi-fi or bluetooth?
Don't want to root it.
Have tried FoxFi, but app crashes on the N7.

Any thoughts?

use the build in hotspot of nexus 7

settings-->More-->tether and portable Hotspot. enable portable wifi hotspot

If that doesnt work just hit the drois market and find out what the best wifi tethering apps are.

So what we're saying is that the N7 can tether its data to, say, a laptop?

Regardless of carrier, the device can share its data connection?

Unfortunately there simply is no option to active hot spot feature in settings. Even if you download third party app from play store. You would have to root it and mess around with firmware which I have no time and nerves for.
