Ok, so I was just on my Nexus, playing around. Then I decided to go on Facebook. I didn't realize that I didn't have wifi.So I go on, and the whole thing SHUTS DOWN. It makes weird noises. the screen goes all fuzzy, and I freak. I tried holding down the buttons, didn't work, I unplugged it from the charger, it just DIED. I'm really upset. This thing is brand new! Gah, what should I do?! Please help!

Let it rest for awhile. Then try turning it back on. Maybe about an hour.

It probably wasn't Facebook's fault. Any idea if your battery was close to dying when it freaked out? What you describe sounds familiar--try looking through this thread:
