Question nexus 7 mobile data versions, which one is best??

recently acquired a wifi-only nexus 7, considering exchanging it at walmart for the mobile version.
do all the mobile versions include wifi??
which is the best mobile version to consider??
i live in a fairly rural area with mixed coverage by verizon and att, often no coverage...
looks like there are separate different mobile versions, which should i pick??

    tech specs say:
    Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n
    Bluetooth
    NFC (Android Beam)
32GB + Mobile data version only: Unlocked GSM/UMTS/HSPA+
    32GB + Mobile data version only: GSM/EDGE/GPRS (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
    32GB + Mobile data version only: 3G (850, 900, 1700, 1900, 2100 MHz)
    32GB + Mobile data version only: HSPA+ 21 Mbps

does this mean all the above are included???
i read in the manual that one uses a SIM card -- is a SIM card included??
how much do SIM cards COST?? is a different SIM card required for each mobile data version??
does using the mobile data version require signing up for a mobile plan with the carrier??
    any sites/references on this topic??

    thank you, tom

Yes, all the mobile versions include wifi.

there is only one mobile version Nexus 7 3g 32Gb
The below quotes means that the one mobile version has all these features.
32GB + Mobile data version only: Unlocked GSM/UMTS/HSPA+
    32GB + Mobile data version only: GSM/EDGE/GPRS (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
    32GB + Mobile data version only: 3G (850, 900, 1700, 1900, 2100 MHz)
    32GB + Mobile data version only: HSPA+ 21 Mbps
sim card is not included. and YES you have to buy it from att or t-Mobile with mobile data plan costing $30 a month. research before you buy the sim.

you dont have to buy a plan from att/t-mob. its always an option but mobile data wont work just the wifi will work
