I installed Ultra Car Home on my Nexus 7 3G and it works great for me. I've been using Waze the last couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. I finally got around to programming a Samsung Tactile NFC tag to automatically launch Ultra Car Home and stuck it to my car dock. When I dock the N7 and turn it on, it detects the NFC tag and launches Car Home as predicted. From Ultra Car Home I can launch Google Navigation, Waze, etc...

I've noticed when the NFC tag is within NFC range of the reader, it will not allow GPS to lock on to satellites for any program that uses GPS. When I move the N7 an inch away from the NFC tag so it's not "reading" the tag, the GPS works fine. I'm assuming it's an issue that GPS can't lock when it's constantly reading an NFC tag? Seems really weird.
