Default Home/ back & recent apps keys - how to move them?

Hi all, How do you move these 3 keys to the left side of the bar instead of them being in the center? I've tried Apex launcher in tablet UI but the keys remain in the center and there doesn't seem to be any further options. It's frustrating as I find when playing games I end up hitting the home or back key!!!

I don't think they can be moved with an unrooted N7. Perhaps someone can pipe up if some rooted Launcher will let you move them.....

Yeah, you can't do this without rooting and maybe even running a custom ROM. I would also like to see the top bar moved to the bottom so it is all condensed into one. Playing a game and not being able to see the time is a pain the ***.
