Case and sleep mode and alarms
How does my case put the N7 to sleep?
I notice the screen goes black as soon as the left edge of the case touches the screen?
I notice by experiment that alarms can be set and go off when the case is closed. Does anyone know if its possible to change the alarm sounds and also have the alarm discontinue after say a minute or other set duration. Are there apps that will do this.

Tried that I wonder if you have to load more ringtones from somewhere. Tried soft press long press but get no other option.

Are you sure you are doing this?

Magic.... That and inductive capacitance (XL = 2pfL)... Same difference....
I think via a IC "25101" chip located between the CPU and a Memory Chip....

Re: Case and sleep mode and alarms
Yes and my screen isn't the same as yours. I don't have vibrate box nor the "touch above to get the rings" If I touch I get the option to look for ringtones using ES File explorer or media storage. I have found now though if I use media storage it takes me to some ringtones but ES takes me to ringtones folder which is empty.
So now I have found a bunch of ringtones I guess I have to try and play them to see what I like.
Thanks for getting me this far
